I Graduated from Clarksville High School. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated from from Tennessee State University, magna cum laude, (which requires a 3.8 out of 4.0 overall average) with a degree in Communications. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering. In the past I assisted in running the camera at Christs Church on Bell road in Nashville Tn. 37211 on Sunday. After my fathers recent death in September , I moved my mother into a property near by and am now financially responsible for her as well as myself. While I mention my beliefs, I want to say here that I am a non-denominational believer. I believe in no judging, have no political affiliation, I vote for the right person, not the label. I believe in Christ, which teaches unconditional love for ALL and I am against discrimination of any kind for any person, religion, race, or personal choices. While I choose to do my best to follow Christ's example, I am not perfect, but the one I follow is. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Nashville and surrounding counties. We also do property management, which includes rental properties, and can manage communities as well. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

First off, I have been an investor MYSELF for over 20 years. I put people in YOUR HOME the way I put people in my home. Background and credit checks, and RENTAL REFERENCES which are KEY. We inspect the properties regularly. This is something owners often neglect to their regret. Excellent service is always key. When the renter has a problem....we address it right away. We save you from the drama. Watch real life drama on TV shows, don't take your own renter dramas home with you and your family at night! :)
For HOA management: If you have read this far, you know OUR work ethic is 2nd to none.
We will take care of you the same way we take care of all of our other clients. CLIENTS FIRST.Communication is key. We will get the accounting done right by using a professional accounting team. I will be on site weekly and you will get MINUTES from us at the board meetings. We will take the clients calls and e-mails and work with the property manager to make sure the property is clean, and will enforce COMPLIANCE in every area of the property from pool management, to grounds management to QUIET enjoyment of the property.
